User Agreement

Welcome to Loxia (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loxia mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3. User Content

3.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including photos, videos, descriptions, and ratings (“User Content”).

3.2 License to Us
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, distribute, and promote your content within the App.

3.3 Content Standards
You agree not to post any content that:

• Is unlawful, offensive, or harmful

• Infringes on intellectual property rights

• Contains hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks

• Includes personal or private information without consent

We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that violates these standards.

4. Community Interactions

The App enables users to:

• Share nail art content

• Rate on others' posts

• Chat privately with other users

You agree to use these features respectfully and responsibly. Abusive behavior or spam may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Loxia, excluding User Content, are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose

• Access or tamper with other users' accounts

• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the App

• Upload malware or interfere with the App’s functionality

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users or the community.

You may also delete your account at any time within the App settings.

8. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content posted by users.

• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from interactions between users.

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loxia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The latest update date will be reflected at the top of the page.
